Descripción general
YOCL ELECTRIC UTJ5 Series High-Current DIN Rail Distribution Terminal Blocks provide conductor connection and power distribution in electrical panels, distribution cabinets and industrial control equipment. An aluminum conductive body carries the connection, while a Nylon PA66 housing provides insulation. Internal hex socket screws secure the conductors.
The series includes ten models with individual current ratings from 63 A to 380 A and a rated voltage of 800 V. Six models provide a 1-in/1-out connection. UTJ5-35-2, UTJ5-50-2 and UTJ5-95-2 provide 1-in/3-out arrangements, while UTJ5-50-3 provides 1-in/5-out distribution.

Confirm the required conductor size for each connection position when ordering. Current ratings apply to the listed models; the 380 A rating applies to UTJ5-240.

The 1-in/1-out models connect incoming and outgoing conductors directly. Multi-output models provide additional outgoing connection positions for branch distribution.
Model Selection
Select the model according to its own current rating, voltage rating, listed conductor section and connection configuration. Check its dimensions against the space available in the panel.
Screw sizes vary by model. UTJ5-35 uses M8 screws, while UTJ5-35-2 uses M6 screws; use the screw size shown for the selected model.
Colour identifiers are PE: yellow-green, GY: grey and BE: blue. Specify the required colour when ordering and confirm availability for the selected model.
