YOCL ELECTRIC 71 series busbar support insulators provide insulated mechanical support for busbars using moulded BMC or SMC bodies and threaded metal inserts. The series includes 5 models with heights from 30 to 60 mm.
The 71 series has tapered body sections and a central hexagonal band. Thread depth and torque strength are paired with each listed nominal thread diameter.

Voltage withstand is a test property, not a specified continuous operating voltage. Torque strength is not a recommended installation tightening torque.

The marked φ diameter and overall plan span are separate drawing dimensions. Do not use the model code as the height.
Guide de sélection
Select the 71 model by height and plan dimensions, then choose its listed thread configuration. For 7120, the 8 mm thread option has a 12 mm depth and 12 ft·lbf torque strength; the 10 mm option has a 14 mm depth and 35 ft·lbf torque strength. Confirm the thread form and pitch when ordering; nominal diameter alone does not specify them.
