A support must fit both the insulation design and the mounting layout. Use the selected model's data; body height or material name alone does not establish an assembly rating.
Busbar layout & mechanical duty
Provide busbar material, width × thickness, number of bars, orientation and support span. Include mechanical loads, vibration and short-circuit forces where applicable.
Dimensions & threaded inserts
Check support height, mounting centres, thread standard, insert depth and fastening requirements. Specify MNS Metric or MNS Imperial explicitly; their hardware is not interchangeable.
Material & service environment
Specify temperature, humidity, contamination and enclosure conditions. Confirm the exact model's moulding compound, insert material and relevant thermal or environmental data.
