It fits round mounting holes from Ø9.7 to 10.0 mm and panel thicknesses from 0.8 to 5.0 mm, securing cable and wire-harness bundles directly to the mounting surface.

The 200.0 mm tie accommodates bundle diameters from 4.0 to 45.0 mm. An integrated Ø18.0 mm support disc helps stabilize the fixing point and covers the mounting opening, helping reduce dust and dirt entry around the fixing. The tie head can be repositioned after bundling for final harness alignment.

Installation Notes

Verify the round mounting hole diameter is 9.7–10.0 mm and the panel thickness is 0.8–5.0 mm.
Check clearance for the 12.1 mm fixing height, 12.0 mm fixing length, 9.0 mm fixing width and Ø18.0 mm support disc.
Align the fir-tree fixing with the hole and push it into the panel until the support disc seats against the mounting surface.
Wrap the tie around a bundle within the 4.0–45.0 mm range and tighten to suit the cables and installation requirements.
Reposition the tie head as needed for final alignment, then check that the fixing and bundle are securely retained.

The closure is non-releasable. Tie-head repositioning adjusts the assembly position after bundling.
