156-00548 Compact Top-Mount Edge Clip Cable Tie

The YOCL Electric 156-00548 compact top-mount edge clip cable tie attaches cables and wire harnesses directly to panel edges. Its pre-assembled two-piece construction combines an inside-serrated cable tie with an edge fixing for 1.0–3.0 mm panels.
The 150.0 mm long, 3.6 mm wide strap accommodates Ø4.0–32.0 mm bundles. The compact strap and 10.8 mm fixing height provide useful dimensions for evaluating available space around a routing point. An integrated metal retaining element engages the panel edge during push-on installation by hand.

Installation Notes
- Check that the panel edge is 1.0–3.0 mm thick and has sufficient clearance for the fixing.
- Align the clip with the selected edge and push it into position by hand.
- Check that the metal retaining element has engaged the panel.
- Wrap the tie around a compatible bundle and tighten it to secure the cables.
- Reposition the tie head as needed and check the fixing and bundle retention.
The cable tie is non-releasable. Head repositioning is an adjustment within the two-piece assembly.
