Aperçu

The YOCL Electric 156-01140 top-mount edge cable tie attaches cables, wire harnesses, hoses and pipes to 1.0–3.0 mm panel edges. Its pre-assembled two-piece construction combines a cable tie with an edge fixing that incorporates a metal retaining clamp.

The 150.0 × 4.6 × 1.3 mm strap accommodates Ø1.6–35.0 mm bundles and has a minimum tensile strength of 225 N. Outside serrations place the locking teeth on the outer strap surface, leaving a smoother inner contact surface against the bundle. The tie head can be repositioned after bundling for final harness alignment.

Notes d'installation

Check that the panel edge is 1.0–3.0 mm thick and provides clearance for the fixing.
Align the fixing with the top of the selected edge and push it into position by hand.
Check that the metal clamp has engaged the panel.
Wrap the tie around a compatible bundle and tighten it to secure the cables.
Reposition the tie head as needed, then check the fixing and bundle retention.
