RVD Double-Crimp Ring Terminal

Overview
YOCL ELECTRIC RVD Double-Crimp Ring Terminal is a copper ring terminal with a PVC insulating sleeve and an additional copper tube for the double-crimp construction shown in the reference. The ring eyelet connects to a suitably sized bolt or stud, and the barrel receives the conductor. The two catalog pages list 47 RVD models in red, blue and yellow conductor groups, covering 0.5–6 mm².

Dimension
The table and drawing use B, F, L, E, D1 and D2 as dimension labels. The table’s d2 is the metric bolt-hole diameter. All B, F, L, E, D1, D2 and d2 values are in millimeters; the US bolt number is a separate size designation.

Selection Guide
Choose the conductor group first, then check the required bolt or stud size against the listed US bolt designation and actual d2 hole diameter. Compare B, F, L and the group-level sleeve dimensions with the available connection space. Use the model’s colour-group Imax value only in the context of the catalog specification; the source gives no operating conditions for that maximum.
