Overview
YOCL ELECTRIC HV/HVD Pre-Insulated Hook Terminals are copper hook terminals with PVC insulating sleeves for bolted conductor connections. HV identifies the single-crimp construction; HVD identifies the double-crimp construction with an additional copper tube and sleeve described in the supplied catalog. The 13 matched model pairs cover conductor groups from 0.5 to 6 mm².
Features
- Hook-shaped contact: the open hook shape is shown for a compatible bolt or stud connection.
- Two crimp constructions: HV single crimp and HVD double crimp share each listed hook and overall dimension pair; the barrel construction differs.
- Copper and PVC materials: copper terminal material and PVC insulation are stated for all three groups.
- Group-specific selection: conductor range, Imax, sleeve dimensions and material thickness are stated by group.
Technical Specifications
The source labels the current values Imax (maximum current). Each value applies to its corresponding conductor group; test and installation conditions are not given.
Dimension
The drawing uses B, F, L and E for overall dimensions. The hook opening is d2; D1 applies to the HV barrel and D2 to the HVD barrel. All dimensions below are in millimeters.
E, D1 and D2 are shared within each conductor group in the technical specification table above.

Selection Guide
Choose HV or HVD construction and the conductor group first. Then compare the hook opening d2 with the intended bolt or stud, and check B, F, L and the applicable barrel dimensions against available connection space. Use the exact HV or HVD model code when ordering.
Ordering Information
Specify the HV or HVD model and quantity when requesting a quotation.
