Application illustration — not a project reference or installation drawing.
Consider the whole enclosure, not just the box.
Choose the enclosure
Start with the space and mounting requirements, then identify the environmental protection and material requirements for your project.
What to check
Provide internal dimensions, mounting arrangement, outdoor exposure and required protection level. Verify the specific enclosure and any modifications against the project specification.
Coordinate the cable, connector and enclosure opening so the selected parts form a compatible assembly.
What to check
State cable diameter, thread or cut-out size, conductor count and electrical requirements. The final protection level depends on component compatibility and correct installation.
Where pressure changes or condensation are a concern, include vent selection in the enclosure review rather than treating it as an interchangeable plug.
What to check
Share enclosure volume, mounting orientation and environmental conditions. Confirm model-specific airflow and protection data; a vent is not a guarantee against all condensation.
A clear specification helps us discuss the right models with you.
Enclosure dimensions, material and mounting method
Cable diameters, entries and connector interfaces
Rain, dust, sunlight, temperature and corrosion exposure
Vent requirements and model-specific protection evidence
These guides support component sourcing, not system design or installation. Suitability, ratings and compliance must be verified for the selected models and the completed assembly.
