Overview
YOCL ELECTRIC LSV/LSD Pre-Insulated Lock Fork Terminals are copper fork terminals with PVC insulating sleeves for bolted conductor connections. LSV identifies the single-crimp construction and LSD the double-crimp construction with an additional copper tube and sleeve described in the supplied catalog. The page lists 14 matched model pairs in three conductor groups from 0.5 to 6 mm².
Features
- Lock fork contact: the fork geometry shown in the catalog provides an open connection to a compatible bolt or stud.
- Two crimp constructions: LSV and LSD model columns are paired by bolt fit and B, F and L dimensions; their barrel constructions differ.
- Copper and PVC materials: the catalog states copper terminal material and PVC insulation for all three groups.
- Group-specific ratings: Imax, material thickness and shared sleeve dimensions are shown by conductor group.
Technical Specifications
The current figures are labelled Imax (maximum current) in the reference. Each figure applies to its own conductor group; operating conditions are not provided.
Dimension
The drawing uses B, F, L and E for overall dimensions. The fork opening is d2; D1 applies to the LSV barrel and D2 to the LSD barrel. All dimensions below are in millimeters.
E, D1 and D2 are shared within each conductor group in the technical specifications above. The reference drawing marks a plate thickness T but does not provide a numerical T value.

Selection Guide
Choose LSV or LSD construction and the conductor group first. Then check fork opening d2 against the intended bolt or stud and compare B, F, L and the applicable barrel dimensions with the available connection space. Use the exact LSV or LSD model code when ordering.
Ordering Information
Specify the LSV or LSD model and quantity when requesting a quotation.
