The YOCL ELECTRIC 156-00618 round hole push-mount cable tie bundles wire harnesses and fixes them directly to a panel using a pre-assembled two-piece design.

Descripción general

The YOCL ELECTRIC 156-00618 Round Hole Push-Mount Cable Tie is a pre-assembled, two-piece fastening for bundling wire harnesses and fixing them directly to a panel. Its push-mount element fits Ø4.5–5.0 mm round holes in panels 0.7–3.0 mm thick, with tool-free installation.

The inside-serrated cable tie accommodates 4.0–45.0 mm bundle diameters and has a minimum tensile strength of 225 N. A Ø16.0 mm support disc contacts the panel surface and helps stabilize the fixing point. The two-piece construction allows the tie head to be repositioned after bundling to align the harness with the required routing direction.

Notas de instalación

Select a Ø4.5–5.0 mm round mounting hole in a panel 0.7–3.0 mm thick.
Align the push-mount element with the hole and press it into the panel until seated.
Wrap the cable tie around the bundle, insert the strap through the locking head and tighten it.
Reposition the tie head as required to align the harness routing.

The 225 N value specifies minimum cable tie tensile strength; it is not a panel-fixing pull-out load or installation tension.
