Descripción general
YOCL ELECTRIC HSC-F heat shrink end caps seal and protect cable ends, wire-harness terminations and unused electrical cable ends against moisture and environmental exposure. The closed-end structure covers the termination, while the open end recovers around the cable.
The dual-wall construction combines a radiation-modified polyolefin outer layer with hot-melt adhesive lining. During heating, the outer layer shrinks and the adhesive softens and flows around the cable surface. After cooling, the adhesive helps form a sealed interface for waterproof sealing, moisture protection and electrical insulation.
The HSC-F series offers a 4:1 shrink ratio, three models and Black or Transparent color options.

Selection Guide
Select the model with a supplied I.D. that passes over the cable termination, then check the maximum recovered I.D. against the cable diameter requiring sealing. Choose a listed length that covers the termination and the required protected cable section.
For example, HSC-F-3 has supplied I.D. ≥10.85 mm, maximum recovered I.D. ≤2.41 mm and standard length options of 40 or 50 mm. Its total wall is ≥1.91 mm, outer wall ≥0.89 mm and adhesive layer ≥1.17 mm.
Select Black when the supplied black outer-layer self-extinguishing specification is required, or Transparent where visibility of the protected area is needed.
