Descripción general
The YOCL ELECTRIC 156-00616 Top-Mount Edge Clip Cable Tie is a pre-assembled two-piece fixing for securing cables, wire harnesses, pipes and hoses to panel edges. Its push-on clip fits panels 1.0–3.0 mm thick without a mounting hole, screw or adhesive fixing base. The top-mount configuration provides a defined routing position relative to the top of the panel edge.
The black, inside-serrated tie measures 202 mm long, 4.6 mm wide and 1.2 mm thick, accommodating bundle diameters of 4.0–45.0 mm. An integrated metal retaining element engages the panel edge, and the tie head can be repositioned after bundling to align the final harness route.
Características
- Top-mount edge fixing: Positions the cable bundle relative to the top of a compatible panel edge.
- Direct push-on installation: Fits 1.0–3.0 mm panels without drilling, a mounting screw or an adhesive base.
- Integrated metal retainer: Provides mechanical engagement with the panel edge.
- Inside-serrated tie: Accommodates 4.0–45.0 mm bundles with a minimum cable tie tensile strength of 225 N.
- Repositionable head: Two-piece construction allows final head positioning after bundling; the tie is non-releasable.
- Heat-stabilized materials: Combines a PA66HS tie with a high-impact modified, heat-stabilized PA66HIRHS fixing element.

Installation Notes
Select a panel edge 1.0–3.0 mm thick and push the fixing clip onto it. Check that the metal retaining element is engaged. Wrap the tie around a bundle within the 4.0–45.0 mm diameter range, feed the strap through the locking head and tighten it. Reposition the tie head as needed for final routing.
Aplicaciones
- Automotive wire harnesses and vehicle interior electrical assemblies.
- Panel-edge cable routing in electrical equipment and control panels.
- Pipe and hose fixing along compatible panel edges.
- Industrial machinery, transportation equipment and wire-harness manufacturing.
