The YOCL ELECTRIC 156-00642 Top-Mount Edge Cable Tie, Outside Serrated, combines a cable tie with a panel-edge fixing in a pre-assembled two-piece assembly. The fixing pushes onto panel edges from 1.0 to 3.0 mm thick, where an integrated metal clamp provides mechanical retention. Its top-mount configuration positions the cable bundle above the panel edge without a mounting hole, separate screw or adhesive mounting base.

The 150.0 mm cable tie accommodates bundles from 4.0 to 35.0 mm in diameter. Its serrations face outward, providing a smooth inner surface around the cable bundle. The tie head can be repositioned after bundling for final routing and alignment.

Installation Notes

Verify the panel edge is 1.0–3.0 mm thick and select the mounting position.
Check clearance around adjacent components using fixing dimensions H2 16.0 mm, L2 14.0 mm and W2 11.5 mm.
Orient the fixing for top mounting, then push it onto the panel edge by hand until the integrated metal clamp engages securely.
Position a bundle within the 4.0–35.0 mm range, wrap the tie around it and tighten to suit the cables and installation requirements.
Reposition the tie head if needed, then check that the fixing and bundle are securely retained.

The closure is non-releasable. The 225 N rating is cable tie tensile strength; assess panel-edge retention and installation tension separately for the application.
