YOCL Electric 156-00644 secures cable, wire, pipe and hose bundles directly to a panel edge using a preassembled cable tie and side-mount edge clip.

Fits 1.0–3.0 mm panel edges and Ø4.0–31.0 mm bundles.
Black 150.0 × 4.6 mm outside serrated tie; minimum tensile strength 225 N.
PA66HS tie and PA66HIRHS clip with an integrated metal retaining clamp.

Descripción general

The YOCL Electric 156-00644 edge clip cable tie secures wires, cables, pipes and hoses directly to a compatible panel edge. Its preassembled two-piece construction combines a cable tie with a side-mount edge clip for automotive harnesses and industrial cable routing.

The clip pushes onto 1.0–3.0 mm thick panels. An integrated metal clamp grips the edge, providing a fixing point without a mounting hole, screw or adhesive base.

Installation and Ordering

Check the panel thickness and bundle diameter against the specified ranges. Push the clip onto the panel edge, wrap the tie around the bundle and feed the strap through its locking head. Tighten the tie and reposition the head if needed. The edge clip can be fitted by hand.
