YC Releasable Nylon Cable Ties
YC releasable nylon cable ties can be released and used again, supporting cable bundling that needs to be reopened or adjusted.

Descripción general
YOCL ELECTRIC YC releasable nylon cable ties are designed to be released for repeated use. They provide a cable bundling option where wires need to be accessed, adjusted or secured again.
The RT series includes eight models in Nylon 66 (PA66), with a stated UL 94 V-2 material flammability classification. Lengths range from 150 to 500 mm. Actual width, maximum bundle diameter and minimum tensile strength are listed separately for each model.

UL 94 V-2 is the stated nylon material classification and does not establish a finished-product UL listing. Ordinary black and UV black are separate listed colour options.

Inch lengths are calculated from the listed millimetre values and rounded to two decimals. The source model numbering is retained: YC-202RT is listed at 200 mm long, and YC-505RT at 500 mm long. Tensile values in lbf and kgf are reproduced as supplied; they are rounded equivalents, not working-load ratings.

Choose the tie by its actual length, width, maximum bundle diameter and listed minimum tensile strength. YC-200RT and YC-202RT both have a listed length of 200 mm and a maximum bundle diameter of 45 mm, but differ in width and minimum tensile strength:
- YC-200RT: 7.5 mm wide; 50 lbf / 22 kgf.
- YC-202RT: 4.6 mm wide; 40 lbf / 18 kgf.
Use the installation temperature range of −20 °C to +85 °C when fitting the tie. The operating range for the installed product is −40 °C to +85 °C.

For a quotation, provide the YC model, required colour and quantity. Specify UV black separately from ordinary black when that option is required.
