YC Standard Nylon Cable Ties

YC standard nylon cable ties offer a choice of 64 models for cable bundling, with dimensions, tensile strength and packaging listed for each size.

Material: Polyamide 6.6 (PA66); flammability: UL 94 V-2.
Lengths: 80–1500 mm; actual widths: 2.4–12 mm.
Operating temperature: −40 °C to +85 °C.
Natural and black; halogen-free. This standard series is not UV resistant.

Aperçu

YOCL ELECTRIC YC standard nylon cable ties are made from polyamide 6.6 (pa66) for cable bundling. The series has a stated UL 94 V-2 flammability classification and operates from −40 °C to +85 °C. Select from 64 models using the actual width, maximum bundle diameter, tensile strength and bag quantity in the tables below.

Use the actual width column for selection; the number in the model code is not always the actual width. Tensile values in lbf and kgf are reproduced as supplied and are rounded equivalents, not working-load ratings.

Selection Guide

Select the model by its actual strap width, length, required bundle diameter and stated tensile strength. Check the pieces per bag when specifying quantities. The maximum bundle diameters for YC-5×600 and YC-5×650 are not confirmed.

This standard series is specified as not UV resistant. Black colour alone does not establish UV resistance.
