Overview
The YOCL ELECTRIC 150-55610 Round Hole Push-Mount Cable Tie with Disc secures small cable bundles and wire harnesses directly to panels. Its one-piece construction combines an inside-serrated tie with an integrated fir-tree fixing for 4.9–5.1 mm round holes in panels 3.0–4.0 mm thick.
The tie accommodates bundle diameters of 1.5–20.0 mm and measures 110.0 mm long, 2.5 mm wide and 1.1 mm thick. A 13.0 mm support disc sits against the panel surface to stabilize the fixing point. The black PA66 tie has a non-releasable plastic pawl closure and a minimum cable tie tensile strength of 80 N.
Features
- Integrated fir-tree fixing: Combines cable bundling and panel mounting without a separate tie base.
- Specified panel fit: Designed for 4.9–5.1 mm round holes and 3.0–4.0 mm panel thickness.
- Support disc: A 13.0 mm diameter disc provides panel contact around the mounting point.
- Small-bundle capacity: The 110.0 × 2.5 mm tie accommodates 1.5–20.0 mm bundle diameters.
- Non-releasable locking: Inside serrations and a plastic pawl retain the cable bundle.

Installation Notes
Use a round mounting hole 4.9–5.1 mm in diameter in a panel 3.0–4.0 mm thick. Wrap the tie around a bundle within the 1.5–20.0 mm diameter range, feed the strap through the locking head and tighten it. Align the fir-tree fixing with the panel hole and push it into place. Check that the support disc is seated against the panel surface.
Applications
- Automotive wire harnesses and vehicle interior wiring.
- Small cable bundles in electrical equipment and appliances.
- Panel-mounted cable routing in industrial machinery and switchgear.
- Wire-harness manufacturing and transportation equipment.
