Installation Notes

Align the fixing base with a compatible M6 mounting point and insert the screw through the metal-bushed mounting area. The supplied specification gives 8 N·m as the maximum tightening torque for this fixing; select an installation torque compatible with the complete mounting arrangement.

Wrap the tie around the bundle, insert the strap through the locking head and tighten it. Reposition the tie head as required for the final routing direction, then check the screw fixing and bundle retention.

The 225 N specification refers to minimum cable tie tensile strength. It is not an installation tension or a screw-mount working-load rating.
