The YOCL Electric 156-00583 top-mount edge clip cable tie secures cables, wire harnesses, hoses and tubes to 1.0–3.0 mm panel edges. The pre-assembled two-piece assembly combines a cable tie with an edge fixing containing an integrated metal retaining element.

The strap measures 200.0 mm long, 4.6 mm wide and 1.3 mm thick. Its Ø1.0–45.0 mm bundle range supports narrow cable groups and larger harness bundles. Outside serrations place the locking teeth on the outer strap surface, providing a comparatively smooth inner surface against the bundle.

Installation Notes

Check that the panel edge is 1.0–3.0 mm thick and provides clearance for the fixing.
Align the top-mount edge clip with the selected edge and push it into position by hand.
Check that the metal retaining element has engaged the panel.
Wrap the tie around a bundle within the Ø1.0–45.0 mm range and tighten it to secure the bundle.
Reposition the tie head as needed, then check the fixing and bundle retention.

The cable tie is non-releasable. Head repositioning is an adjustment within the two-piece assembly.
