YOCL ELECTRIC EN hexagonal standoff insulators provide insulated mechanical support for busbars with a hexagonal moulded body and threaded metal inserts. The insulating material is glass-fibre-reinforced unsaturated polyester BMC or SMC.
Seven models cover heights from 25 to 120 mm. Across-flats dimensions are 26 or 45 mm, depending on the model. The listed thread configurations specify nominal diameter, thread depth and torque strength together.

A/F is the distance across the hexagonal flats. Select the model using both its height and across-flats dimension.

EN25, EN30, EN32 and EN40 list a 26 mm across-flats body with a 6 mm nominal thread diameter. EN100, EN110 and EN120 list a 45 mm across-flats body with 10 or 12 mm thread configurations. The 10 mm configuration has a 15 mm depth and 25 ft·lbf torque strength; the 12 mm configuration has an 18 mm depth and 40 ft·lbf torque strength.
