YOCL Electric safety one-way pressure relief valves provide pressure release for enclosure pressure management. Ten metal models are available, with individual thread sizes, opening-pressure ranges and tolerances.

YOCL Electric safety one-way pressure relief valves provide a pressure-release function for enclosures that need to manage internal pressure buildup while maintaining waterproof protection.

The MS series includes ten metal valve models with aluminium or 304 stainless steel bodies. Each model has its own thread and opening-pressure specification. The series is rated IP68 and has a stated long-term working-temperature range of −40°C to +120°C.

The opening-pressure range and tolerance must be selected together for the required model. The long-term working-temperature range applies to continuous service; temperature resistance is listed as a separate specification.

Match the Opening Pressure

Provide the required opening pressure and compare it with the model-specific range and tolerance. For example, MS-DXFLC-D03 lists 10–30 kPa with ±3 kPa tolerance, while MS-DXFBXG-D01 lists 150–200 kPa with ±20 kPa tolerance.

MS-DXFBXG-D02 has a stated range of 5–350 kPa with ±5 kPa tolerance. Specify the required pressure value when ordering this model.

Match the Thread and Material

Select the complete model code, mating thread and body material together. The D10, D10Y and D10Y1 configurations share an M26 × 1.5 thread and the same listed pressure range, while retaining separate model identities.

For MS-SYFLC-S10, provide the required M27 thread pitch with the enquiry.

Check the Service Conditions

Use the −40°C to +120°C long-term working range when assessing continuous operation. The specified installation torque is 1–3 N·m.
