Terms of Use

About this website

yocl.com is operated by YOCL ELECTRIC, Huadong Village, Liushi Town, Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, China. These terms concern use of the website, not a replacement for an agreed quotation, purchase contract or product-specific warranty.

Product and technical information

Product pages, images, selection tools and dimension tables assist initial product review. Confirm the exact model, drawing revision, materials, dimensions, ratings, certifications and application suitability with YOCL before ordering. A specification or certification for one model must not be assumed to apply to another.

Images may show a product family, illustration or representative configuration rather than every supplied variant. Installation and electrical work require suitably qualified personnel, appropriate instructions and compliance with the requirements applicable to the installation. Website information is not a site-specific engineering assessment.

Enquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting a form requests contact or a quotation; it does not place an order, reserve stock or create a purchase agreement. Prices, availability, minimum quantities, samples, customisation, delivery, payment, inspection and warranty terms must be confirmed in the relevant written offer or agreement.

A website acknowledgement confirms receipt only. Product data and availability may change. If website information differs from agreed order documents, raise the difference with YOCL before proceeding.

Responsible use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with the site, evade security controls or send misleading, unlawful or abusive requests. Provide accurate contact details and only share drawings or other information you are entitled to provide.

Do not send confidential or restricted technical information through public links. Arrange an appropriate exchange method with us first where confidentiality is required.

Website materials

Website text, design, photographs, drawings and marks may be protected by intellectual property rights. YOCL and third-party owners retain their respective rights. You may view information and share links for legitimate product evaluation. Obtain the rights holder’s permission before substantial republication, resale or commercial reuse of protected material.

The appearance of a third-party name or mark does not by itself establish endorsement or a partnership.

External links and availability

Third-party websites are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability. Access to yocl.com may be interrupted for maintenance, faults or other reasons; uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Limitations and mandatory rights

We aim to present useful information, but website content may contain errors or become out of date. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without a guarantee of completeness or suitability for a specific application. Do not rely solely on a website illustration or calculation to make a safety-critical decision.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory rights, or overrides an express obligation in an agreed supply contract. The law and dispute arrangements for a supply transaction should be stated in its agreed contract; no particular court or jurisdiction is designated by this website notice.

Changes and contact

We may revise website information and these terms. The date above identifies the current version. For product corrections or questions about these terms, contact support@yocl.com. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
