The YOCL ELECTRIC 157-00185 Round Hole Push-Mount Cable Tie with Disc secures cables and wire harnesses directly to panels. Its one-piece construction integrates the cable tie, fir-tree fixing and support disc. The fixing fits round mounting holes 6.8–7.2 mm in diameter and panels 0.6–6.0 mm thick.
The black, outside-serrated tie measures 165.0 mm long, 4.7 mm wide and 1.3 mm thick, accommodating bundle diameters of 2.0–30.0 mm. A 16.5 mm support disc contacts the panel surface to stabilize the fixing point. The non-releasable plastic pawl closure provides bundle retention, with a minimum cable tie tensile strength of 225 N.

Installation Notes
Use a round mounting hole 6.8–7.2 mm in diameter in a panel 0.6–6.0 mm thick. Push the fir-tree fixing into the opening and check that the support disc is seated against the panel surface. Wrap the tie around a bundle within the 2.0–30.0 mm diameter range, feed the strap through the locking head and tighten it. Check that both the fixing and cable bundle are secured.
