C Series Busbar Support Insulators

Overview
YOCL ELECTRIC C series busbar support insulators combine a tapered round insulating body, a flared base and threaded metal inserts for insulated mechanical support of busbars. The body uses glass-fibre-reinforced unsaturated polyester BMC or SMC.
The series includes six models with heights from 25 to 70 mm. Ten listed thread configurations pair each nominal thread diameter with its thread depth and torque strength.

Voltage withstand is a test property, not a specified continuous operating voltage. Torque strength is not a recommended installation tightening torque. Test conditions and duration are not provided.

The two diameter labels describe separate drawing dimensions. C60×60 and C60×70 share a 60 mm base diameter but have different heights and marked body diameters.
Selection Guide
Choose the model by height, body diameter and base diameter, then select one of its listed thread configurations. Use the thread depth and torque strength from the same row. Confirm the thread form and pitch when ordering; these are not specified by the nominal diameter alone.
Ordering Information
For a quotation, specify the C model, listed nominal thread diameter, required quantity, thread form, insert material, insulating material and colour. Colour, inserts, material properties and thread specifications can be requested.
