Overview
YOCL Elektro HSNE-F 2:1 Flammhemmende Schrumpfschlauch für EV-Sammelschienen provides electrical insulation and surface protection for new energy vehicle busbars, copper bars and electrical connections. The series is made from radiation cross-linked polyolefin with a single-wall construction.
Its 2:1 shrink ratio allows the tubing to recover around conductive components and connection areas. Eighteen sizes cover nominal diameters from 10/5 mm to 50/25 mm. HSNE-F has a VW-1 flame rating, an operating range of -55°C to +125°C and a standard orange color.

I.D. means internal diameter. Diameters, wall thicknesses and application ranges are in millimetres; packing lengths are in metres. The ≤ values specify maximum recovered internal diameters. The 50/25 mm size has a minimum supplied I.D. of 50 mm.
Selection Guide
Use the application range for the selected size together with its supplied I.D., maximum recovered I.D. and recovered wall thickness. For example, the 20/10 mm option has a supplied I.D. of 22.0 ± 0.50 mm, a maximum recovered I.D. of 10.00 mm and a recovered wall thickness of 0.80 ± 0.15 mm. Its application range is 10.5–21.0 mm.
Check fit over the busbar, connection or component before choosing a size. Review the packing length for that row: 100 m for sizes 10/5 through 22/11, 50 m for 25/12.5 through 40/20, and 25 m for 45/22.5 and 50/25.
Specify the required color and quantity with the selected size. Orange is the standard color; other colors can be requested for project requirements.

Installation Notes
- Measure the busbar, conductor or component requiring insulation.
- Select HSNE-F tubing using the application range and dimensional table.
- Cut the tubing to the required length and slide it into position.
- Apply controlled heat evenly around the tubing until it has uniformly recovered.
- Remove the heat source and allow the tubing to cool.
- Inspect the recovered tubing for complete and uniform coverage.
