Finish and Temperature Selection

Series Finish Supplied working temperature range
BZ Uncoated metal −80 °C to +538 °C
BZP Coated band −80 °C to +150 °C
BZPM Fully coated −80 °C to +150 °C

Select the finish for the required operating temperature and band-contact conditions. No antistatic test rating or electrical insulation rating is supplied for the coated versions.

Ordering Information

Specify series BZ, BZP or BZPM, actual width and length, thickness, stainless steel grade and required coating. Use the width table to check finish availability, tensile strength and recommended tool.

For 12.7, 16 and 19 mm widths, the supplied selection data covers uncoated BZ only. Specify the required working temperature and the dimensions of the actual bundle when selecting a tie length.
