The side-mount fixing pushes onto panel edges from 1.0 to 3.0 mm thick, where an integrated metal clamp provides mechanical retention. Installation requires no mounting hole, separate screw or adhesive mounting base.

The 200.0 mm cable tie accommodates bundle diameters from 1.0 to 45.0 mm. Its serrations face outward, providing a smooth inner surface around the cable bundle. The tie head can be repositioned after bundling to adjust final wire-harness alignment.

Installation Notes

Verify the panel edge is 1.0–3.0 mm thick and select the mounting position.
Check clearance around adjacent components against fixing dimensions H2 13.4 mm, L2 15.0 mm and W2 11.8 mm.
Align the edge fixing with the panel and push it on by hand until the metal clamp engages securely.
Position a cable or wire-harness bundle within the 1.0–45.0 mm range, wrap the tie around it and tighten to suit the cables and installation requirements.
Reposition the tie head if needed, then check that the fixing and bundle are securely retained.

The closure is non-releasable. The 225 N rating is cable tie tensile strength; assess panel-edge retention and installation tension separately for the application.
