Overview
The YOCL ELECTRIC 156-00619 Round Hole Push-Mount Cable Tie with Disc secures cable bundles and wire harnesses directly to panels. The pre-assembled two-piece design combines an inside-serrated cable tie with a fir-tree fixing element and a Ø16.0 mm support disc.
It fits Ø7.7–8.0 mm round holes in panels 0.8–6.0 mm thick and accepts Ø5.0–45.0 mm bundles. The tie measures 200.0 × 4.6 × 1.2 mm and has a minimum tensile strength of 225 N. Its head can be repositioned after bundling for final routing alignment.

Installation Notes
- Use a Ø7.7–8.0 mm round mounting hole in a panel 0.8–6.0 mm thick.
- Push the fir-tree fixing into the panel and confirm that the Ø16.0 mm support disc is seated against the surface.
- Wrap the tie around the bundle, feed the strap through the locking head and tighten.
- Reposition the tie head if needed for final routing, then check the bundle and fixing.
The fixing is also suitable for compatible threaded holes.
