YC Heat Resistant Nylon Cable Ties

YC heat resistant nylon cable ties are designed for cable bundling in high-temperature applications up to +150 °C. Choose from 64 H-series models with dimensions, tensile strength and packaging listed by size.

Heat-resistant Polyamide 6.6 (PA66); UL 94 V-2 flammability.
Operating temperature: −40 °C to +150 °C.
Lengths: 80–1500 mm; actual widths: 2.4–12 mm.
Halogen-free and silicone-free.
Colours: natural and black.

Overview

YOCL ELECTRIC YC heat resistant nylon cable ties are made from heat-resistant Polyamide 6.6 (PA66) for cable bundling in applications up to +150 °C. The stated operating range is −40 °C to +150 °C, with UL 94 V-2 flammability classification.

The H-series includes 64 models in natural and black. Select the required length, actual width, maximum bundle diameter and tensile strength using the model tables below.

Choose a model using its actual strap width, length, required bundle diameter and stated tensile strength. Check the bag quantity when specifying quantities. Maximum bundle diameters for YC-5×600H and YC-5×650H are not confirmed.
