YOCL Elektro 4:1 Halogenfreie einwandige Schrumpfschlauch-Tubes bietet elektrische Isolierung, Kabelschutz und Komponentenabdeckung, wo ein weiter Rückbildungsbereich erforderlich ist. Er wird aus bestrahltem vernetztem modifiziertem Polyolefin mit Null-Halogen- und Low-Smoke-Eigenschaften hergestellt.
Das 4:1 Schrumpfrate ermöglicht es dem Schlauch, einen Verbinder, eine Klemme oder eine Kabelverbindung zu passieren, bevor er sich um einen kleineren Kabeldurchmesser zurückbildet. Die dünne Einfachwand hat keine innere Klebeschicht. Sieben Größen sind von 8/2 mm bis 25/6.25 mm erhältlich, mit einer Betriebstemperatur bis zu 125°C.

I.D. means internal diameter. All diameters, wall thicknesses and tolerances are in millimetres. The ≥ values specify minimum supplied internal diameters; the ≤ values specify maximum internal diameters after full recovery. Supplied and recovered dimensions apply to the same size row.

Select a supplied internal diameter that can pass over the largest cable connector, terminal or component. Check the maximum recovered internal diameter against the smaller area to be covered, together with the recovered wall thickness.
For example, the 12.0/3.0 mm option has a supplied I.D. of at least 12.0 mm and a fully recovered I.D. of no more than 3.0 mm. Its supplied wall thickness is 0.25 ± 0.05 mm, and its recovered wall thickness is 1.00 ± 0.15 mm.
Specify the required 300 V or 600 V rated option with the selected tubing size. Use the dimensions in the table to assess fit and the available installation space.

Installationshinweise
- Select a tubing size that can pass over the largest cable, terminal or component.
- Cut it to the required length and slide it into position.
- Apply controlled heat evenly around the tubing.
- Move the heat source continuously to promote uniform recovery.
- Continue heating until the tubing has recovered around the component.
- Allow it to cool before handling.
Avoid overheating or concentrating heat at one location.
