Terminate the wiring
Start with the conductor and the receiving terminal. Keep the wire size, termination style and available connection space together in your specification.
What to check
For ferrules, state conductor cross-section, single or twin entry, and required pin length. Confirm compatibility with the receiving terminal and crimping tool.
Choose the entry hardware against the actual cable and enclosure opening, not just the thread name.
What to check
Provide cable outside diameter, thread type, panel thickness and the required environmental protection. Check the complete fitted assembly, not the gland alone.
