The cable tie is 160.0 mm long and 4.7 mm wide, accommodating bundle diameters from 1.0 to 35.0 mm. A plastic pawl provides a non-releasable closure, while the PA66HS material is heat-stabilized polyamide 6.6.

Installation Notes

Verify that the mounting stud is M6 and confirm compatibility between the stud and fixing.
Align the integrated fixing with the stud and push it on until securely retained.
Position a cable or wire-harness bundle within the 1.0–35.0 mm range.
Wrap the tie around the bundle, insert the strap through the locking head and tighten to suit the cables and installation requirements.
Check that the stud fixing is seated securely and the bundle is retained.
