Installation Notes

Verify the round mounting hole diameter is 9.7–10.0 mm and the panel thickness is 0.8–5.0 mm.
Check clearance for fixing dimensions H2 12.1 mm, L2 12.0 mm and W2 9.0 mm, together with the Ø18.0 mm support disc.
Align the fir-tree fixing with the hole and push it into the panel until the disc seats against the panel surface.
Position a cable or wire-harness bundle within the 4.0–31.0 mm range, wrap the tie around it and tighten to suit the cables and installation requirements.
Reposition the tie head if needed for final alignment, then check that the fixing and bundle are securely retained.

The 135 N rating is cable tie tensile strength. Assess panel-fixing retention and installation tension separately for the application.
