Conductor ranges describe terminal options, not one terminal that accepts every cable size. Confirm the selected contact, housing and mating configuration together.

Find the right connection format

Single-pole connections

30 A, 75 A, 120 A and 180 A models provide one contact position with genderless mating. The listed PC-housing models are rated 600 V.

Double-pole connections

40 A, 50 A, 120 A, 175 A and 350 A genderless models combine two contacts. A separate 75 A version includes auxiliary contacts.

Three-pole connections

50 A, 75 A and 175 A models offer three poles with PC housings and silver-plated copper contacts. Match terminal sizes to your cable schedule.

Forklift & vehicle connections

80 A, 160 A and 320 A PA forklift models use male and female configurations with optional auxiliary contacts. STE160A and the 50 A parking air conditioner connector are separate designs.

Specify the complete power connection

Review the housing, contacts and cable as one assembly.

Mating interface

Provide the series or a drawing of both mating halves, contact count, keying and polarity arrangement.

Cable & contacts

Specify conductor cross-section, contact termination method and cable preparation requirements.

Electrical duty

State operating current, voltage, duty cycle and ambient temperature. Ratings must be confirmed for the selected model and cable.

Installation environment

Describe mounting space, vibration, moisture exposure and mating frequency. Identify any required test documents.

Housing & mating pair

Specify the complete model, pole count, housing colour and both mating components. For forklift models, identify male or female parts and auxiliary contacts.

Contacts & cable

List conductor cross-sections and the matching terminal barrel. Include cable length and pin assignments when requesting assembly options.

Electrical requirements

State current, voltage, duty cycle and ambient temperature. The 150 V PA forklift range and 600 V PC range require separate model selection.

Quantity & identification

Provide quantities per model and colour, packing units, label artwork and the required destination and documents.

Battery & Power Connectors
buying questions.

Can I match an existing battery connector?

Send the exact model or dimensional drawings of both mating halves. Similar appearance alone does not establish compatibility.

Does a housing colour identify its electrical rating?

Do not select by colour alone. Check the model-specific interface, keying, contacts, cable range and electrical ratings.

Can I order cable assemblies?

Provide the connector configuration, cable specification, lengths, pin assignments and quantities for a feasibility review.

Are all forklift connectors rated 600 V?

No. The listed 80 A, 160 A and 320 A PA forklift connectors are rated 150 V. STE160A is a separate PC-housing model rated 160 A and 600 V.

Are these connectors waterproof?

Do not assume a waterproof rating for the whole range. The 50 A parking air conditioner connector lists rubber sealing sleeves, but its product data does not state a numerical IP rating.

Does UL 94 V-0 mean the complete connector is UL certified?

No. UL 94 V-0 is a material flammability classification in these listings. It does not establish certification of the complete connector.

Can a connector be unplugged under load?

A current rating alone does not establish load-breaking capability. Confirm the permitted operating and disconnecting conditions for the exact connector before use.
