Overview

The YOCL ELECTRIC 126-00241 One-Piece Edge Clip Cable Tie combines a cable tie and panel-edge fixing body in one molded component. An integrated metal spring clamp grips a compatible plastic or metal panel edge 1.0–3.0 mm thick, providing a push-on mounting point without drilling a hole.

The outside-serrated tie accommodates 1.0–35.0 mm diameter bundles and has a minimum tensile strength of 180 N. Its black PA66HS molded body is made from heat-stabilized Polyamide 6.6, with an operating temperature range of −40°C to +105°C.

Installation Notes

Select a compatible plastic or metal panel edge 1.0–3.0 mm thick.
Wrap the integrated cable tie around the bundle, insert the strap through the locking head and tighten it.
Position the edge clip over the panel edge and push it onto the panel.
Check that the metal retaining element is engaged with the edge.

The 180 N value specifies minimum cable tie tensile strength; it is not an edge-clip pull-off load or installation tension.
