Overview
YOCL ELECTRIC AUS Thickened copper cable lugs connect copper conductors to terminals on electrical equipment and instruments. Each lug has a tubular conductor barrel and a flat mounting palm. The series contains 14 models, from AUS-6 to AUS-400, with different barrel dimensions and mounting-hole options.
The thickened construction is intended for applications where connection strength and durability matter, including industrial equipment and power distribution assemblies. Use the dimensions below to choose the correct lug for the conductor and terminal.
Features
- Copper construction: designed for copper-conductor terminations.
- Thickened design: distinguishes this series from the separate DIN AUS series.
- Tubular barrel and flat palm: provide a conductor entry and mounting surface for an equipment terminal.
- Model-specific hole options: the Φ range identifies available mounting-hole diameters for each model.
- Complete dimensional selection: D, d, L and B values are listed for all 14 models.
Technical Specifications
Dimension
All dimensions are in millimeters. Φ is the range of available mounting-hole diameters; D, d, L and B follow the drawing labels. The Φ range indicates hole-size options for each model, not an adjustable hole.

Selection Guide
Choose the AUS Thickened model whose barrel dimensions suit the copper conductor, then select the mounting-hole size needed by the equipment terminal. Check L and B against the available installation space. These AUS model codes also appear in the separate DIN AUS series, so identify the series as well as the model when specifying dimensions.
Applications
For copper-conductor connections on electrical equipment, instruments, industrial assemblies and power distribution equipment where the selected lug geometry fits the terminal.
