Overview
YOCL Electric HTS 2:1 Single-Wall Heat Shrink Tubing provides electrical insulation, wire protection, cable bundling and component covering. Its radiation cross-linked construction offers an approximately 2:1 shrink ratio, allowing the internal diameter to recover to around half its original size when properly heated.
The specified shrink temperature is 125°C. The series includes 39 sizes from 1.0/0.5 mm to 200/100 mm, with roll lengths matched to each size. Seven standard colors support cable identification and wiring organization.

I.D. means internal diameter. Dimensions and tolerances are in millimetres; roll lengths are in metres. The paired size identifies the nominal before-shrink and after-shrink diameters.
Selection Guide
Select the tubing using the before-shrink and after-shrink diameters, including the listed tolerances. Check that the tubing can pass over the wire, joint or component and recover around the area being protected.
Use the roll length on the same row as the selected size. Smaller sizes are supplied in 200 m or 100 m rolls, 18.0/9.0 mm and 20.0/10.0 mm sizes in 50 m rolls, and the listed 22.0/11.0 mm through 200.0/100.0 mm sizes in 25 m rolls.
Choose the standard color required for cable identification or wiring organization. Custom dimensions can be requested when the listed sizes do not match the project.

Installation Notes
- Select the appropriate HTS size and cut the tubing to the required length.
- Slide it over the wire, cable or component before completing the connection when necessary.
- Position the tubing over the area requiring protection.
- Apply controlled heat evenly around the tubing until it has uniformly recovered.
- Allow the tubing to cool before handling.
The specified shrink temperature is 125°C. Use a suitable heat gun or other controlled heating equipment.
